Since I am so busy this week, I opted to share with you an ultra simple and easy to prepare shrimp recipe. This dish works well on top of steamed rice on a bowl. The dish takes only about 5 minutes to cook, as long as you have all the ingredients ready. 300 grams of skinned medium sized shrimp, please defrost it if it is frozen. 1 tsp of white finely grounded pepper (Szechuan preferred).
