Home growing our family our way. A diary of our journey of parenting and home educating. Wednesday, 25 September 2013. This was the view out of our window this morning. In true adult style my first thought was 'Ugh, fog, winters coming'. Paradoxically, the children then got up and with a shout of 'Wow fog, come on guys before we miss it', threw on wellies and coats and ran outside. The children embraced the foggy morning. Home growing our family our way. A diary of our journey of parenting and home educating. Thursday, 29 May 2014. We love these long, light summery evenings. Anna has a permanent grass cutting job. And we get to catch up on a bit of long overdue garden maintenance. We only have one pair of safety goggles so the swimming goggles are pressed into service as we never turn down a helper. Play goes on way past 9pm but with no school to get up for we don't need to worry about the time. A bit of baking.
