It seems i’ve spent more time talking about alternative medicine and prevention than actually practicing it. I am currently a full time student and working two jobs. Boil about 1 cup of water. While the water is boiling peel and grate the ginger root until you have about 1 TBS. Juice the lemon and the orange. Using about a third of the lemon and half of the orange. Let the whole mixture steep for about 10 minutes. Use a small strainter (tea strainer) to separate the ginger.
