Sunday, February 5, 2012. Mountain Biking = Therapy. Since my last post (which seems like forever ago), I went back to the states to spend Christmas at home. What a great, relaxing trip. Back home in Tegucigalpa, life has been improving to the point where I have found a great balance leaving me very happy. I still enjoy keeping up with the news, but avoid letting the negative news consume me. Here are some pics:. Riding through the fog . . . nothing better! A cool friend I found. Monday, November 28, 2011. Gobble, Gobble in the Caribbean. All I can say is wow! I haven't experienced picturesque islands, deserted beaches, and impossibly blue waters like Cayos Cochinos had to offer since visiting Islas San Blas, Panama years ago. What a great trip! Hahaha. If you are interested in an adventurous vacation you should definitely come down! Not interested in beaches? No problem. Plenty of forests, hiking, wildlife, and don't forget Mayan ruins. Here are a few of the pics:.

Monday, November 28, 2011. Gobble, Gobble in the Caribbean. All I can say is wow!
