This website was created for the first time in 1995 as a webpage in Compuserve. In 1996 Scott registered homelands.com and since then the site has been continuously running (not counting the common unplanned outages internet service providers always throw at us). Homelands defies an exact description since it can mean different things to different people and can be changed at any time. We like to think of it as our way to share and therefore be a sort of reference point for the family.
