This illness pushed me to the verge of vomiting, but I didn't induce it and battled the aching pain. Incapacitated for the day I was worried about not having adequate food or water but as I was camped beside a lake I took the water from there and boiled it up to make tea, but as for the food, I didn't have the urge to eat so I didn't.
