Supported Living & In Home Services. All Home Life applicants must be able to:. Pass a criminal history check. Pass a pre-employment drug screen. Posses a high school diploma or equivalent. Have a clean driving record. Have an understanding of basic computer operations. Be at least 18 years of age. Employees who have worked for Home Life, Inc. 6 consecutive months and work 20 hours per week or more are eligible for all benefits except insurance, which is 30 hours a week.
