The best of both worlds :). 1 c oil or apple sauce. 1 1/2 c. honey. 4 tsp baking powder. Fruit optional ( My favorites are peaches, apples, and blueberries! I usually try to stick with recipes that I can totally replace the sugar with honey but. this one is a treat of an exception :) Although this is a lot healthier than store bought :) I am a big fan of graham crackers and especially these ones that I tend to leave a little softer than a cracker :) They would be great this summer to make smores with :) :). 1 c unbleached white flour. 1/2tsp. sea salt.

They are a fun treat for your family, especially on movie nite :). 1 1/2 c. warm water. 1 1/8 tsp. active dry yeast. 2 Tbsp. honey (original recipe had brown sugar). 1 1/2 tsp. salt. 3c all purp., unbleached flour. Mix and knead together all ingredients. Let rest for 10-20 min. In the mean time, prepare your soda bath in a shallow dish:. 2 Tbsp. baking soda. 4 Tbsp. butter, melted.

Friday, 7 August 2015. Again, I baked with my little chef. Normally I will bake on Friday for our weekend as the the big and little one also at home. I baked this wholemeal pizza bread today by my breadmaker. Milk / Water : 160ml. Sugar : 40g (I always baked using molasses sugar). Salt : 1/8 tsp. Organic Bread Flour : 285g.
