Gracefully Paleo: Getting Started
http://gracefullypaleo.blogspot.com/p/getting-started.html
There are SOOO many blogs out there dedicated to everything Paleo! I realize I can be considered "white noise" in the midst of all the other seasoned sites. However, I do think there is a huge need to have a Christian perspective on the Paleo diet! There are a few really awesome bloggers out there that are very strong Christians, but I always think there could be more :). That alone is worth eating this way! We are all fearfully and wonderfully made by our Creator! I have compiled a fairly comprehensive ...

Gracefully Paleo: Chocolate Dipped "Donuts"
http://gracefullypaleo.blogspot.com/2013/08/chocolate-dipped.html
Thursday, August 1, 2013. So there are a few things I miss every once and a while: Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts! Now, don't get me wrong, as a Winston-Salem native I love my Krispy Kreme! My great aunt worked there for years and hand-dipped the donuts before they got the machines. I grew up thinking her "natural" smell was the sweet glaze! As awesome as Krispy Kreme is there's just something about the cake donuts at Dunkin Donuts! Naturally when I came across this recipe I immediately wanted to try it out!

Gracefully Paleo: About Me
http://gracefullypaleo.blogspot.com/p/about-me.html
My name is Lauren Hoolehan! I am a wife to an incredible man of God, Ed, and we have been blessed with 2 beautiful children. I have no formal culinary training, however I did inherit my grandmother's cooking genes! So this is a talent that has been cultivating in me for some time now! My husband and I started the Paleo Diet July 1, 2013! This decision came after months and months and months. Of migraines and generally not feeling well. I was desperate to find a non-medical/natural remedy! My desire for t...

Gracefully Paleo: Almond Joy Cookies
http://gracefullypaleo.blogspot.com/2013/07/almond-joy-cookies.html
Wednesday, July 31, 2013. These are getting eaten faster than I previously expected! Good thing they are super easy to make! The Hoolehan family is devouring them :). If you are looking for a crunchy cookie, then this recipe is not for you! They have a more cake-like consistency.but, oh, are they good! They also aren't too terribly sweet, which I like. They are the perfect way to cut a sweet-tooth craving while staying on track :). This recipe is from Pineapple and Coconut. 2 tbsp coconut oil. Using a co...

Gracefully Paleo: Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Soup)
http://gracefullypaleo.blogspot.com/2013/07/tom-kha-gai-thai-coconut-soup.html
Wednesday, July 31, 2013. Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Soup). Ed traveled to Thailand last October for business and fell in LOVE with the food! In fact, he's become quite the "Thai food snob" since then! Everything is compared to "how they did it in Thailand". At first it was pretty annoying, but now it has forced me to create some pretty incredible Thai dishes (with my very own food critic standing behind me)! XOXO I love my hubby :). And, what did I find? This little gem of a recipe! This recipe is adapted.
