Oggi mi sento in forma, anzi in formissima.ho fatto una torta al forno dopo un sacco di tempo che non riuscivo ad avvicinarmi a tale elettrodomestico per il poco tempo, il caldo e le vacanze. Sono proprio contenta perchè la prima torta che ho preparato è niente meno che la "GALETTE DI PESCHE". Ovviamente potete utilizzare anche altra frutta come prugne, mele,nocipesche,albicocche,nettarine,susine ecc.

Ingredienti (per una teglia da 26-28 cm di diametro):. 250 gr di nocciole sgusciate. 50 gr di noci sgusciate. 200 gr di burro fuso. 390 gr di zucchero. 200 gr di farina. 1 pizzico di sale. 1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci. 7 fichi secchi a pezzetti piccoli. 80 gr di cioccolato fondente a pezzetti. 2 cucchiai di rum. 2 bustine di vanillina. 100 gr di cioccolato fondente. Sono a dieta ,perciò non cucino mai dolci e piatti elaborati;. Ho sempre detto che cucinare è bello se si ha qualcuno a cui farlo assaggiare, in questo periodo non ho molti assaggiatori essendo a dieta nella mia famiglia;. Non ho molto tempo materiale di cucinare e di aggiornare il blog. In bocca al lupo per tutto!

Università ,tirocinio ,palestra e ora devo per forza ritagliare qualche ora per lo studio altrimenti gli esami come li faccio? Io ho comprato quella della "valfrutta" ma ne esistono di tantissime marche diverse, la potete trovare in qualunque supermercato, basta che non vi sia l'aggiunta di zucchero. 250 gr di farina.
