Not all who wander are lost- J.R. Tolkein. July 19, 2014. Since we only had two weeks to travel in Turkey, Stacy and I decided we wanted to see as much as possible. We basically ended up condensing three weeks of a Frommer’s itinerary into two weeks, which is why we found ourselves at the airport at 9:30 PM on Thursday night despite getting up at 4 AM for our hot air balloon ride. We both snoozed on the short flight to Izmir and then transferred to our accommodation in Selcuk, arriving a bit past midnight.
