Monday, February 25, 2008. Chicago Over Winter Break. Joe and Ned Self Portrait. We took a quick trip to Chicago this past weekend to visit Matt and Sharon and watch the Oscars. While there we visited the Chicago Botanical Garden. And stomped around in the snow. There is quite a lot to see even in the winter. The Japanese Garden was a highlight with the arched bridge leading to the first island and the different lanterns along the trails. Afterwards we stopped a Homer's Ice Cream. Summer Road Trip 2008.
