What we're learning at Grafton Classical Academy. Thursday, September 4, 2008. Olympic Flapbook is DONE! So, we've been done with it for about a week now. Just hadn't taken the pics yet, and posted about it. Maybe once I get a pic, I'll edit and add it. I'm just glad it's done! Rachel really enjoyed making it, and liked learning about the Olympics. Homeschool Happenings: March 2012

http://www.homeschoolinghappenings.blogspot.com/2012_03_01_archive.html

What we're learning at Grafton Classical Academy. Tuesday, March 6, 2012. I do homeschool Alyssa though. She is 4 years old, and does a mixture of preschool and kindergarten work. She is in the Primer book of Math U See. We also do workbook work on various skills and subjects. We no longer live at Sunswept Circle, so I guess we need to think of a new name for our school. I'm just not getting anything clever yet. Until then, we'll keep it Sunswept Classical Academy for now. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://www.homeschoolinghappenings.blogspot.com/2008/08/its-one-of-those-days-that-im-glad-we.html

What we're learning at Grafton Classical Academy. Wednesday, August 27, 2008. It's one of those days that I'm glad we don't send Rachel to school! I remember last year when I'd send Rachel off, and it would be raining in the morning. . . . I hated those days! Not to mention the cold days too! No more waiting for Rachel to be out the door to do that. If I need to sleep in, I CAN! If Rachel needs a little more rest, she CAN as well. No more whining when I wake her up at 7:30, "I'm too tired! I'm so glad fo...

Friday, January 30, 2009. January . . . .What a tough month it's been for Rachel. So, if you have read the post right under this one, you'll know that poor Rachel started out the month sick with some kind of bug. She was fine that whole Saturday, then boom! Girls in my Garden: Had a wonderful weekend!

http://girlsinmygarden-elizabeth.blogspot.com/2011/10/had-wonderful-weekend.html

Monday, October 24, 2011. Had a wonderful weekend! Saturday, we went to the Skytop Orchard (apple orchard) with my dad, Sarah, and her kids. The kids played, we went on the hayless hay ride, Brandon and Rachel went off and picked a few apples, then we bought some apples, cider, and a little pumpkin for Michaela to take to school at their store. Brandon got a new calling this weekend as well. He is now 2nd counselor in the Stake Sunday School presidency. It's his first stake calling. I love that story.

Monday, September 5, 2011. We live in SC now. Guess I've neglected my blog for a while now. Then, found it again recently. We moved from Raleigh last February and came to SC, and live near my parents. We've been trying to sell our house in Raleigh with no luck, and are living in an apartment while we wait. That's the quick update for now. I'm hoping I'll be posting more regularly in the future. :D. Oh i love the new pic of the cute girlies! September 7, 2011 at 12:21 AM. Thursday, April 26, 2012. Theme for the girls' new rooms when we move to the house. The girls couldn't decide if they wanted to have a garden with butterflies themed room, or princess theme for their rooms. So, I said, "Why don't you have a 'Princess Butterfly Garden' theme? Oh, they were all over that! Then, decorate with garden/butterfly/princess motif and decor. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Welcome to Elizabeth's Blog! Our Family Flower Garden.
