This is my journey of what it is like to join Crossfit at 230 pounds. Day 1 of Crossfit. I am totally loving this day! August 7, 2013. Let me start off by saying, I feel like my body is filled with concrete. I felt like a cooked noodle leaving my workout yesterday and now I am stiff and so sore. But I was still determined to go to Crossfit today and workout my hardest anyways…I was scared but I fully intended on going! On the positive side! 8221; So that’s an improvement I think lol. When my husband and I first walked into the Crossfit. 8220;box” I was so nervous and stressed that people were judging me. I was literally hiding behind him and holding his hand the whole time.
