Ridgetop Ramblings 2: Weight Loss Results - Week 15
http://www.homeschoolinthehills.blogspot.com/2014/04/weight-loss-results-week-15.html
Wednesday, April 16, 2014. Weight Loss Results - Week 15. This is my first post after finishing the original 12 week goals and coming up with new goals. I've been a little more lax these 3 weeks. I was getting quite frustrated with worrying about every little thing I ate, feeling like I was doing what I was supposed to be doing and not seeing the results I was hoping for. So, I've chilled out a bit and am trying not to worry about each little morsel of food. 8226; FOOD and DRINK •. 8226; EXERCISE •.

Wednesday, August 20, 2014. Weight Loss Results Week 33. Another 3 weeks have flown by and it's time to check in on my weight loss progress. 8226; FOOD •. As always, I struggled with this area. It's summer, which means there are lots of fresh fruits and veggies available. But, it also means we're out and about. And, my food choices when we're out and about are not great. I would like to say that all the leafy green goodness growing in our garden. 8226; EXERCISE •. 8226; RESULTS •. Week 33: -1.2. All the ...

Ridgetop Ramblings 2: Weight Loss Results: Week 64
http://www.homeschoolinthehills.blogspot.com/2015/03/weight-loss-results-week-64.html
Wednesday, March 25, 2015. Weight Loss Results: Week 64. 8226; FOOD •. Not much to share about my food choices. It's pretty much the same as it has been the last year. Except, 3 days a week I make a protein/fruit smoothie for breakfast as opposed to having Atkins bars on those days. 8226; EXERCISE •. My exercise has consisted of training for my first half marathon in May. I keep thinking I should add in a little strength training, but I haven't. The basic plan is 30 minutes twice a week and 1 long run.

Losing It: Week 1: Recap and Weigh In
http://kristinaslosingit.blogspot.com/2014/01/week-1-recap-and-weigh-in.html
Wednesday, 8 January 2014. Week 1: Recap and Weigh In. Week 1 is done. What a week it has been. I feel like I have learned so much! I weighed in this morning and was pleased to see I was down -2.2 pounds! Here is how I keep track of it all. Above is my calendar I have been following. I give myself a little sticker for each day I complete. I also do this to keep track of my squats and push ups. It's the teacher in me! This week's Mini Challenge: Record (in any way) 3 nice things about yourself every.

Losing It: Week 2: Weigh In
http://kristinaslosingit.blogspot.com/2014/01/week-2-weigh-in.html
Wednesday, 15 January 2014. Week 2: Weigh In. I can't believe I have really made it 2 whole weeks! I have to say I am quite impressed with myself. I have continued to stick with the 6 week boot camp, squat and push up bootcamp and the C25K. I have only missed one scheduled day of exercising and that was because my puppy got spayed on Friday and although I had time to exercise I just couldn't leave her side when I brought her home! Here's hoping you all have a great week! 16 January 2014 at 05:58.

Losing It: About
http://kristinaslosingit.blogspot.com/p/about.html
I am so excited to be starting the Shrinking Jeans Challenge. I knew right away that it was something that felt right for me and I am excited and anxious to see how it goes. Pretty much everything in my life is in mostly happy order- I have a great job, a loving boyfriend, a cute puppy, and lots of family and friends close by. However, the one thing that is always on my mind is my weight, how I look and feel and how to change it. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). 7 Red, White, and Blue Foods That Don't Suck.

Losing It: Still tickin' on Day 3
http://kristinaslosingit.blogspot.com/2014/01/still-tickin-on-day-3.html
Friday, 3 January 2014. Still tickin' on Day 3. Day 3 already. well this just must be some kind of record! I am not a resolution junkie. I am a list making junkie, post-it note junkie, nice pen junkie, and a sharpie junkie. Yes, you are right I am a teacher and the two just might be connected. Anyways, I do often create start dates for myself where I will proclaim things such as but not limited to, "On Monday I am quitting sugar! Or "Next Monday, I will eat no more chocolate or chips ever, ever again!

You can do this!
