Friday, April 29, 2011. Feeding Myself. sort of. not really. Since she left I discovered a wonderful website called Ginas Skinny Recipes. I have made a couple of these recipes and not only are they easy and delicious but they actually turn out like in the picture. Here are some of the recipes I have made. Monday, February 28, 2011. Veronica is 6 Months (sort of)! Since February is such a short month and there is no 30th. Veronica is 6 MONTHS! It is going to be a busy week! Thursday, June 30, 2011. Today Veronica is 10 months old. Where has the time gone? I was talking with a co-worker of Mikes today and we were saying how quickly babies change and that everyone tells you that but you don't really think about it and the next thing you know your baby is walking and getting into all sorts of mischief. Sunday, July 31, 2011. To the Beach we GO! We rented a car and Friday at 6 we headed out to our weekend paradise! Only to hit traffic. It only took us 3 hours and while Veronica did make it she needed almost constant distraction and interaction to keep from screaming. But at the end of the 3 hour drive we ended up at the Marina Club Hotel. We then went back to the outside bar for another drink and then went in for a nice dinner. That night Veronica slept for 9 hours without getting up! The day so far.
