Thursday, April 30, 2009. Red, White, and Blue Burger. 2 pounds ground beef sirloin. 1 red onion, diced. 1/2 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix. 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Lightly mix together the ground sirloin, onion, ranch salad dressing mix, and blue cheese in a bowl. Form into 6 patties. Sunday, May 3, 2009. 3 to 4 pounds beef back ribs (about 8 ribs). 1 4 ounce can green chilies, diced. 1 large onion, chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon black pepper. 1 teaspoon dry mustard. To prepare sauce combine onion, honey, ketchup, chili peppers, garlic and mustard in a sauce pan. Heat over a low temperature, stirring until even and warm. When the ribs are nearly finished begin brushing the sauce on them until you get a thick coating. Recipe by Derrick Riches of About.com.

Monday, April 27, 2009. Headed in the right direction. Well my weight is 194.8 its down, but not really. I need to lose so much more I get frustrated. I ate a high sodium meal and my weight went up even though I hadn't eaten extra calories. So being frustrated I didn't try as hard the next couple days. I could of had a loss but didn't. I really wanted to be in the 170's by now. Monday, April 20, 2009. Down to a new low. My weight for this week was 194.8. Monday, April 6, 2009. Labels: alli weight loss.
