Exactly what I was thinking as I landed in Dubai, UAE. I found myself in a foreign world –. New world to be exact. The Airbus 380 wheels touched down on the Terminal 3 runway as my tired eyes got a jolt of wide-eyed excitment. I was actually able to witness the touch down from the pilot’s perspective. Why? Dee with her luggage after a loooong flight.

Après avoir fait construire notre maison en 2007, voici le jardin que nous aménageons petit à petit. 2016 : entre pluie et.averses. Le jardin peine cette année avec toute cette eau qui tombe. Il n'a presque pas gelé cet hiver mais la petite gelée tardive d'avril a eu raison des abricots. Pour les autres fruits, beaucoup d'arboriculteurs se plaignent et disent que ce n'est pas une année à fruits. Comme chaque année, j'ai semé du basilic pour accompagner mes tomates. Le basilic commence à être pas mal.
