Tuesday, 8 July 2014. My Godfather's recipes - Scones. 20g fermento (baking Powder). Mais ou menos 250ml leite. 1 Pesar a farinha e o fermento para dentro do balde da máquina. Cortar a manteiga (fria, mas não demasiado rija - tirar do frigorífico algum tempo antes de usar) em pedaços para dentro da farinha. Adicionar açúcar e passas. 2 Misturar tudo na máquina a baixa velocidade (#1 ou 2) usando a pá até a manteiga desaparecer e a mistura parecer areia. 5 Coser no forno a 190º mais ou menos 15 minutos.

Monday, 1 September 2014. M&M is the nickname for a friend's little girl, on the way, soon to arrive. I found a lovely flannel panel at DotQuilts and fell instantly in love, which was a bummer because I was already midway into a blanket for her. Wednesday, 20 November 2013. Quilting quilt number 2. I'm starting to feel I don't have a lot of time. This quilt is for a baby that has already been born. The next three babies will be born in December and January, which gives me about two months for three quilts. Overtime! Blanket number one and bunny: check! Tuesday, 12 November 2013. To do lists are the devil's work! Five baby blankets (this is number one and it's all done now). Looks like very little, but it's *a lot*. need to keep my sanity!
