From my Chair – A Jamaican Psychotherapist reflects. A Jamaican Blog reflecting on Life. Coping with the Tyranny of Pain. The past days I have been wrestling with what to share on this blog as it has been some time (4 Months) since I made an entry. The past months have been a cornucopia of physical pain, emotional exhaustion and challenging work as I have sought to make sense of the changes in my body, the challenges of midlife, a heavy work load and economy in recession. So what to do with your pain.

I wouldn't be updating this blog often in the future though, since i doubt anybody still remembers the existence of this blog.
