Just another WordPress.com weblog. Bye Bye Hong Kong! July 7, 2009. The China trip has been an eye-opener. I was amazed looking at the intricate arts and crafts displayed in the various places we visited. The art pieces are meticulously carved to perfection, which showed the creativity and skill of Chinese artists dating from thousand years ago. All in all, it has been a very fruitful and fun five weeks here in Hong Kong and China. Thank you CIBER for organizing this program! July 7, 2009. July 6, 2009.

Hong Kong In Motion. Karaoke night in Sha Tin! On Friday evening after our long six hour class day, quite a few of us headed over to Sha Tin for a karaoke night. Karaoke is huge here, so my hopes were high for a good time at Red Box Karaoke. Although the buffet was lacking in both quantity and quality of food, the songs available did not disappoint!
