The history of service for many Canadians gets lost or forgotten, and many families don't have the medals or the history of service of relatives that help define their own heritage. This is especially true for Canadians that served along side of the military. This database has an entry for every name in the 7 Books of Remembrance, plus we are adding the Veterans that came home.
