This is a Blog about sailing in Hawaii. Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Water Sports in Idaho Aug. 2012. There is only a short season for water sports in Idaho. Ken and I managed to find the perfect weekend for both location and weather. We found a spot called Bottle Bay which had not only some the best scenery on the planet but watercraft that allowed us to do the things we had been waiting to do for a long time! Ken on a very fast jet ski! I took one out with him and it was fun! Now it is time to surf!

This is a Blog about sailing in Hawaii. Monday, May 21, 2012. Race 5/19/22 with Whisker Pole. We had a fun race on Saturday May 19, 2012. The winds were perfect at about 15 to 20 knots. On the last downwind run back to the finish we used a Whisker Pole to hold out the Jib so we could have a sail on each side of the boat on our downwind run. This is called wing-on-wing sailing. For those of you who do not know what a Whisker Pole it is described below with the following narration. Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

This is a Blog about sailing in Hawaii. Monday, July 16, 2012. Channel Crossing Race July 4, 2012. The Channel Crossing Race is put on by Makani Kai Yacht Club every July 4. It is the longest race put on by the Yacht club. In this race all boats go out in the open Ocean for 6 miles going through one channel and return through the other channel in Kaneohe Bay. I know I enjoyed the race! We came in 4th place and had a sail to remember! Idaho Visit June 29-July1. What a funny guy! A man of many talents!

Lördag 21 januari 2017. Fredag 20 januari 2017. Prata om att längta till Spanien. Det är så grått och trist väder ute, har inte varit ute på hela dagen. Har inte känt för det. Vägen utanför är hal av allt regnandet. Mot kvällningen bakade jag en kladdkaka, något roligt ska man väl ha, ska bli gott till fikat imorgon. Måndag 17 oktober 2016. Hösten har kommit med stormsteg, bara 9 grader på dagen och grått o trist. Tisdag 24 maj 2016. Vi har suttit ute både fikat och ätit middag, det gillar vi båda två.
