The life and times of a very special dog in New York and the people who love her. Friday, August 14, 2009. The guy who plays football. Wow, the Philadelphia Eagles did it. They hired a guy who not only financed and help commit horrible crimes against dogs, but he isn't even sorry he did it. Sounds to me like he is bummed he got caught and it messed up his career. Living under a rainbow. Friday, November 27, 2009. On the left "Zuihoushou" - Order of the Sacred Treasure medal. On the right "Kunshou" medal of honor. Star of Pakistan medal. I was at my grandmother's house in Tokyo a few weeks ago and she had these on the table in front of my grandfather's shrine so I took pictures of them. The Star of Pakistan medal is the one I wrote about in an earlier post. Sunday, November 22, 2009. It's a doggie Christmas here. We bought our "Dog Trubble" at Hooked on Dogs.

This time though I was lucky that friends Julian and Mercedes had an artist residency outside of Tokyo so I went to visit them on my day off. Living under a rainbow. Sunday, April 18, 2010. We all need cutie eye masks. I helped put together a new show in Tokyo at Lamp. Called (rough translation) "How to Enjoy the Five Minutes Before You Fall Asleep" by Chie Fukao. There are a few things she has been obsessed by over the years and sleep/bed is one of them. We are having workshops for participants to make these kitty eye masks with the artist. Wish I could teleport to Tokyo just for that afternoon. We all need cutie eye masks. Cooking Up a Story.
