Wednesday, November 20, 2013. I've always wanted a quilting rack. Nothing fancy, just 4 long pieces of pine to pin quilt layers to and quilt, just like my grandma used to have in her basement when I was little. Over the years I made sad attempts at "racks" in order to hand quilt various small pre-printed quilts, but they never really worked out. My first attempt at a hand quilting setup (2003). A couple years ago, I finally got to make myself a quilting rack, just like grandma's! So now I am all set!

Tunisian Temptation, Part II. July 16, 2014 2:52 am. The following is a survey of Tunisian crochet pattern stitches. Typically these pattern stitches are formed in the forward part of the row, with a simple return as described in the previous post, Tunisian Temptation, Part I. There are exceptions to this rule where the pattern stitch is formed in the return part of the row. So, grab some yarn and a Tunisian crochet hook and have fun! Afghan Stitch or Tunisian Simple Stitch. Repeat Row 1 for pattern.
