Tonight I am back at home, and have spent the day resting. I forgot how exhausted I am after I serve out at Camp Barnabas! I think that's a good thing though, as it's GREAT to serve others to the point of self sacrifice and exhaustion. I learned so much the past two weeks that it may take me several days to get it all out in various posts. *grin*. Every year I go out to camp expecting to bless others and I ALWAYS find that the campers, staffers, and CIA'S, BLESS ME! I will admit that sometimes I haven't ...

CP, Roller Skates, and a Gym. I am always in awe of God when He uses me and I don't even know it! Today God used my limp to help two people and I wasn't even there. You're thinking "Huh? Let me set it up for you. At my school the upper grades are just finishing a Roller Skating Unit in P.E. Yeah, they got to skate in P.E! I wish I could have done that in school! The kids GOT OFF THE CARPET! I was SO EXCITED to hear that! One boy in particular went around the gym TWICE after hearing that! How cool is that?

Piercing the Heart.MY Heart. What I'm about to share is something REAL within me. I've debated about sharing this, as it's pretty personal, but I believe that when someone is transparent, God's kids can pray for that person. Perhaps that's what I need now. I'm not really sure. These are some thoughts that I'm still processing through. I was, and still am, excited about this! I will admit, I have asked Him why He gave me desires for a spouse and kids, if that hasn't come to fruition yet. Then I rememb...

Punish in public? | Anonymous Teacher
http://anonymousteacher.blogspot.com/2011/12/punish-in-public.html
171; Older Entries. Last week we had women from China who are studying to be teachers visit out school, and I had a group in one of my classes. During the lesson, one woman raised her hand and held out a sheet of paper. I walked over, and she showed me the paper and asked if it was a student's essay. I skimmed it over and realized it was a note. This entry was posted on at 8:19 AM. You can follow any responses to this entry through the RSS 2.0. The weight of term papers on my shoulders.

I have spent most of today relaxing with Jay. I was in motion a lot this weekend, so it was good to sit and relax. As I relaxed, I sent out messages to friends seeing if I could pull off a trip to Joplin this weekend. While it's still in the planning stages, it is coming together. I sent messages to several friends separately to see if I could bring things for them. I mean, if a person is homeless, what exactly do you bring them? Of course I will make time for the young man! Yep, I can't wait to see him!

Quote of the Day. Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.". I was going to discuss the asinine conversation I had while picking up dinner this evening.but I already rambled about it on Dennis's blog. So, I'm going to discuss another asinine conversation. (If you haven't noticed, "asinine" is the word of the week.my freshmen love it. So, we've been using it as much as we possibly can.). At the school where I teach, there are myths floating around about those.

171; Older Entries. A very hateful, very cowardly comment. The other day I received a comment that actually made me cry. I opened my email, read it, re-read it to make sure I'd read it correctly the first time, then I cried. Boyfriend head couldn't figure out what made me so upset. All I could do was point at the screen and cry when he asked me. This is what had upset me so much: *Link to original post*. Dear Hateful, Cowardly Commentor,.
