Hope For Rwanda's Children Fund. HRCF assists children and youth in Rwanda who suffer from poverty as a result of the 1994 genocide by providing funds to pay for school fees, books, school supplies, lodging and incidental medical care. HRCF funds the education or primary, secondary students as well as university students through its agency agreement with the Tumurere Foundation.
