Our first satellite clinic in Tibouk has a new addition, a brand new wing that will house maternity and pediatrics services, in-patients rooms as well as space for a pharmacy and lab. Grass Roots Community Development in Borgne, Haiti. Work on a brand new library was completed this fall. The library is a first for the commune of Borgne and will house a modest collection that includes resources for teachers as well as reading materials in French, Haitian Creole and English for a broad age group.
