B1: What a game Billie!
http://bohnanna.blogspot.com/2011/04/what-game-billie.html
Monday, April 04, 2011. What a game Billie! Now I wasn't really revved to go to the Storm tonight as I normally am, especially since Matt Duffie wasn't named in the team on Tuesday. The Canterbury Bulldogs having not lost a game so far this season and Storm loosing their only away game. Anyway after long but very productive day at work I decided to go. I turned up and sat down and low and behold I didn't have enough time to sit on my seat before he scored a try right in front of me!

B1: Munich
http://bohnanna.blogspot.com/2011/06/munich.html
Thursday, June 30, 2011. We got an early train from Marl to Essen, then onto Munich. We went through a couple of lovely towns including Wurzburg which had a lovely train. In Munich we stayed with my Aunt's friends family in their townhouse in Munich. It was lovely to catch up with them again after a few years now. Over the time when we were there we managed to do the following. Enjoyed dinner and beer (Paulsaner) in a local biergarten. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

B1: London & Train Trip
http://bohnanna.blogspot.com/2011/07/london-train-trip.html
Tuesday, July 19, 2011. London and Train Trip. Train Trip to London. Was an early morning. We needed to be at Berlin Hauptbahnhof for train leaving at 7.20am. This train took us to Cologne where we had about 5 minutes to transfer to another platform, lugging our heavy suitcases down the stairs then back up again because there were too many people. 1 day - (Photos of London). The view outside our room up near St Pancras/Kings Cross Station was nice. Summary of where we went included:.

Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Juice or liquid fasts are very popular because they still provide you with a fair amount of nutrition to help you get through your normal day while still denying yourself the foods you'd normally "chew". And this would be the one I would recommend for a 2 - 3 day fast. It's not easy but it's totally possible and incredibly healing to your body and mind. So why did I decide a fast was needed. Besides, my body needed a good detox to boot as well! How did I survive. You must concentr...

Kathieunder100: April 2011
http://kathieunder100.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 27, 2011. There was more beachifying with cousins on the Saturday - another big feast which still included mostly additive, and sugar free foods. Sausages, grilled veges, coleslaw, Frittata, mini-quiches, apricot balls, snowcake, Elana's scones with raspberry jam made from dates and raspberries (thanks Vikki) and piles of fruit. Gosh we ate well. And there were 10 adults and 13 and 1/2 kids. Saturday night was a shared meal with friends from church: what a spread! My flourless hazelnut c...

Thursday, July 29, 2010. Week 26 - All things Maple and Walnut! OK, 2 of my favourite things at the moment are Maple Syrup and Walnuts, so I thought I'd do some recipes that higlight their MAGNIFICENCE! My favourite salad ever: Rocket, Pear, Parmesan and honeyed Walnut Salad. The next 2 recipes have been slightly adapted from the latest Donna Hay magazine which does a mouth-watering feature on maple Syrup:. Maple and Date Syrup Cake. 1 cup fresh pitted dates, chopped (I used dried). 1 tsp baking soda.

Kathieunder100: October 2010
http://kathieunder100.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 12, 2010. Well, just a quick update first of all :-). I have broken the 80kg curse and am bobbing around just underneath on a delightful total of 18 kgs loss! To say I am pleased is an understatement - there is such a freedom at knowing I can walk straight into most shops and just buy a sz 14 off the rack, and even then the waists can be a little roomy, however, with such a generous post-baby paunch below, I doubt I will drop much more in the size department. But do you know what? Place ...

Kathieunder100: September 2011

Monday, September 19, 2011. I am so thankful that Spring has arrived. I do love Winter but am more than ready for things to start heating up and getting us back outside and in the ocean. There is something about the smell, the warmth, the hope and promise of idyllic days of spring that gets you motivated to start freshening up. I don't just mean spring-cleaning the house, but spring-cleaning yourself! 1 ALKILIZE your body (lemon/apple cider vinegar). Why do we want to alkilize our bodies? However, a word...

Kathieunder100: Week 15 - 10 kilos lighter and lovin' it!
http://kathieunder100.blogspot.com/2010/04/week-15-10-kilos-lighter-and-lovin-it.html
Thursday, April 29, 2010. Week 15 - 10 kilos lighter and lovin' it! I think it helps you to break the sugar addiction as well as it encourages you to get rid of it out of your diet and it is not incorporated into the mixes. However, I never excercised much back then and I now believe this is of absolute importance for not just physical health but emotional health as well. But what sort of life is that? Beat 3/4 cup of honey and 6 eggs until light and fluffy. Fold thru fruit puree. Mix 2 1/2 cups of almon...
