Her place, her world, her everything. Yes, I am =]. El7emdella, my summer has finally started. I have lots and lots of things to say, I need some time to rest, just a couple of days. I never thought stress would affect me like this! This past month was a tough one and just 2day when I looked at myself in the mirror I noticed those black circles under my eyes, GoSh I looked really scary, my hair is falling and I'm just so tired. Time to chill and rest. As far as for now, I'll start digging in this =p.

I've been on holiday 4 almost a month now, chilling and trying to relax. lots of paper work 2 do, going to uni pretty much once a week =@ I'm now trying 2 catch up with lots of postponed appointments. and it's now the time to work on my health again =]. I think I'm doing well, I'm not satisfied as usual, I doubt I'll ever be. bs think I'm happy with reagards to how I'm doing, I'm on the right track, doing the right thing so el7emdellah. لوز او جوز او جوز الهند ( حسب الرغبه ). يكسر الخبز ويوضع في وعاء. يخلط القيمر مع الحليب. يسكب فوق الخبز . كريمه سائله بنكهة الفراوله. 2 كيس كريم كراميل. صوص الباند كيك ( حسب الرغبه ). يخفق القيمر مع الكريمه السائله حتى يكثف الخليط. يضاف الحليب الى ان يخفف من كثافه الخليط حتى يصبح قليل الكثافه وليس سائل :). يضاف كميه من الخليط السابق. يسقى بقليل من صوص الباند كيك (حسب الرغبه ). يضاف الخليط السابق مره اخرى. وبالاخير يضاف الكورن فلكس مع قطع شوكولا الهيرشي. كتابة مدونة حول هذه المشاركة. 8207;المشاركة في Twitter. 8207;المشاركة في Facebook. 8207;المشاركة على Pinterest. الاشتراك في: الرسائل (Atom). جبن شيدر ( الكبير ) مبشور. فلفل اخضر بارد مقطع صغار. كل المقادير حسب الكميه ). نخلط المقادير كلها مع بعض. نشكلها على شكل اصابع صغار. نمررها على الحليب وبعدين على الطحين. ولما نخلص الكميه كلها. نرجع نمررها على الحليب وبعدين على البقسماط. ونسوي هالعمليه الاخيره مرتين. نصفه كله في صينيه كبيره . وندخله الفريزر وبعد ما يجمد. ناخذ كل الحبات ونجمعها مع بعض في كيس ونتركهم بالفريزر ( انا سويت كل 10 حبات في كيس ). علشان اقدر اعدهم . واقدر بعدين استخدمهم عند الحاجة لهم. كتابة مدونة حول هذه المشاركة. جوز على كل حبه.
