We were beginning to reconsider this, but now it looks like we definitely will because the city is about to be levelled by Hurricane Katrina. And to make matters worse, many Gulf Coastal oil rigs are in the path of the destructive storm. A gas price hike is anticipated - and that affects everyone, not just the Crecent City.
