What Would You Say? (Famous Last Words)
http://www.aboutlifeandlove.com/2015/04/what-would-you-say-famous-last-words.html
What Would You Say? To the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure. What do you think would you say? What would your famous last words be? We might not know as it might come in the least expected way or time (knock on wood, I hope it won't). I was reading Looking for Alaska and the lead character has a fascination for historical people's famous last words. He's memorized most of them from the most profound to the most ridiculous. What will my famous last words be? Last year. Our la...

Making mistakes is a sign that you are making progress. I notice that every time I am nearing my finish line for a certain goal, when a breakthrough is about to happen, when great blessings are on its way, something terrible happens. A trial or a delay gets in the way. I get discouraged and I sometimes pause to question God. But always, my faith would intervene. I could only hold on and believe that I am almost there! I am an inch away from the prize! So, don't stop trying. I've got more stories for you:.

After an emotional contemplation of the Lord's suffering and death on Good Friday, and while waiting for Easter Sunday to come there is a solemn pause which is Black Saturday. How would you handle it? Then again we don't have to imagine it, do we? How many times have we experienced loss of a loved one? We all went throu...

http://www.sandrasark.com/2015/06/the-cows-in-city-dose-of-encouragement.html
Wednesday, 3 June 2015. The Cows in the City! A Dose of Encouragement 75. I know this sounded crazy to my husband who. Grew up on a dairy farm and who had often taken me out to the farm and then loved taking the children out to the farm when they came along. But yes I was saying to him. I want to go and see the Cows in the city. The city I was referring to was our hometown of Londonderry, in Northern Ireland, which is almost a 2 hour drive from the town of Banbridge, where we now live. Again there were c...

Today I'm writing about a hotel room again but from a completely different viewpoint. Last month I wrote about various animals. And the thoughts I had from our experiences with them and today I'm talking about another animal. So what is this strange connection between a hotel room and an animal? In this day and age what i...

Wednesday, 26 November 2014. His Pyjamas on Another Bed! A Dose of Encouragement 48. Fred has been travelling more frequently with. Work in the last few months so a lot of our communication is via email, text messages, Kakaotalk, and Facetime. I used to hate texting but now with three kids grown up and all living a distance from us I am well used to it even if my fingers seem to so often hit the buttons beside the ones I mean to hit so that I say things like "I live yoi" instead of "I love you". Well, be...
