Hoping for Little o: And the delay is...

http://www.hopingforlittleo.blogspot.com/2008/02/and-delay-is.html

Hoping for Little o. Thursday, February 28, 2008. And the delay is. It has been so hard not to want to write everyday to let everyone know what was going on. thanks for the kind questions and pursuit. writing today is both a great joy and at the same time I have large sadness to be changing courses. I am three months pregnant. . What do you have for me to learn here? It was a huge transition with just enough complications to keep Stephen and I on our knees again. . Little O will forever be in my heart an...

http://www.hopingforlittleo.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html

Hoping for Little o. Monday, December 31, 2007. From Mexico, Canada, St. Louis, Washington DC and Charlotte, the Wilson and Oster. Clans connected for the celebration of Christmas. . Beginning in Blowing Rock with the Wilson clan, it was a wonderful time together of hiking, painting, praying, antiquing, strength-finding, dreaming, and feasting! Thanks mom and dad for all you did to make this a wonderful holiday! Day after Christmas we headed to Roanoke for time with the Osters. Some mornings I wake up an...

Hoping for Little o: not yet

http://www.hopingforlittleo.blogspot.com/2007/12/not-yet.html

Hoping for Little o. Wednesday, December 19, 2007. Some mornings I wake up and i feel like I met you little o, like I spent the night talking to you. I love it. . I have to admit that you feel so so far away, and i believe appropriately. So we have so many steps to accomplish to get to you and most of the times when people ask about you I immediately tense up because i just feel like i could spend all day making progress on paperwork to get closer to you. . I understand, Ashley! Bangs and a.d.d.

Hoping for Little o. Monday, January 7, 2008. While volunteering in sunday. School i was asked if had children. i answered no. moments later i said but we are actually in the adoption process now. the person then asked me, "by choice? I have two other examples from yesterday alone. you don't even want to hear them, you will feel bad for these persons. . I just wanted to thank you for being vulnerable and sharing you heart about being an "outsider.". Take care, Alicia Bradley. January 8, 2008 at 8:24 PM.

Porter Family News: September 2008

http://porternews.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html

Tuesday, September 30, 2008. We were blessed to have Ben's parents with us for awhile to help us out around the house and give us a few extra hands with the kids. It was really special for us to introduce Drew to them as he will be the first to carry on the Porter name from our family. Since Ella is just beginning to expand her vocabulary Grandma was a bit hard for her to tackle. So during the course of the week somehow she came up with BaBa. And it stuck. I think it is quite cute. With her two grandkids.

Porter Family News: October 2008

http://porternews.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html

Monday, October 20, 2008. To all my faithful readers. However to give you a little update in words. Drew is growing so quickly. I take him in for his 2month appt. To wave and say hi to all our neighbors as they walk up and down our street. This list could go on and on. You will just have to come visit to see her in action. Some days I wonder where my little baby girl went and wish she was tiny again but then I remind myself that I have never laughed so much in my life until now. Posted by Ben and Anna.

Porter Family News: November 2008

http://porternews.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html

Saturday, November 22, 2008. Posted by Ben and Anna. Thursday, November 06, 2008. Ella has just recently figured out that if she pushes her chair over to the counter she can easily take part in anything mommy is doing and cooking. She has also decided lately that nap times are not really her favorite part of the day. She would rather not miss out on all the fun things that mommy does during this sacred time alone. A pile of fresh apples from our trip to the orchard. Measuring out the many cups of apples.

Wednesday, August 26, 2009. Our little man is one! He is all boy and we love it. There are no baby dolls, no tea parties. There are balls, trucks, shovels and climbing on everything. The little guy has no fear. He has started to take a few steps and we are convinced he will be off and running within the next couple of weeks. My favorite thing about him? His smile. It will always melt my heart. We love you Dru-dru. Waffles and candles for breakfast- our family tradition. Posted by Ben and Anna.

Porter Family News: Our little singer

http://porternews.blogspot.com/2009/06/our-little-singer.html

Friday, June 05, 2009. Ella loves to sing although we can rarely get her to perform for the camera. But for some rare reason on this night she didn't care that daddy was "spying" on us. I know in just a few short weeks she will have the words to these songs down pat and will not make up her own sweet ways of saying some of the words. I wish I could just pause her in life right now! I could sit and listen to her sing any hour of the day. Posted by Ben and Anna. That is ADORABLE. I loved it!

Our hope is to find each of them a family, to make their seemingly unattainable hope for a home a reality. Http:/ www.rainbowkids.com/Countries/CountryGuideL...They ...
