The Kids and I: Hiatus
http://kidsandi.blogspot.com/2011/02/hiatus.html
The Kids and I. My Life As A Stay At Home Mom. Tuesday, February 08, 2011. I've decided to take a temporary (or permenant, who knows) hiatus from blogging. For a long time now its felt like more of a chore, another thing on my to-do list to get through. And, as you can tell from my frequency, it falls to the bottom of that list. I started blogging back in 2005 as a way to let family know what was up with our lives. Since having Henry, struggling (sometimes mightily! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

MK and Me: October 2009
http://wwwmkandme.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
The ramblings of an over 50, single, substitute "Mom" and her charge as I try to get it right - I am experienced, after all . . . but, fumble anyway. Friday, October 23, 2009. No Time for Pouting. I have applied to two companies so far, one just a few minutes ago. The type of writing I would do for them would be for various interesting topics. Far less cut-and-dried I think. I'm also trying to take advantage of the opportunity to get some school work of my own done. I am thankful that today my niece, Cin...

Diary of a future Catholic Church lay Minister: An amazing feeling of freedom
http://thenononsense.blogspot.com/2007/08/amazing-feeling-of-freedom.html
Diary of a future Catholic Church lay Minister. Sunday, August 5, 2007. An amazing feeling of freedom. Is what I felt today when I went on a sailboat for the first time ever. It was breathtaking. I swear, I've never felt that free of my entire life. The beauty of nature, the feeling that the wold has endless possibility to offer and that the sky's the only limit. That everything is possible. Oh My God! It's a small price to pay to feel that great. I'm pretty sure I'll sleep well tonight, I'm pooped.

Diary of a future Catholic Church lay Minister. Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Doesn't that explain everything? This weekend I have a 2 days session on how to celebrate funeral services. (either as an ordained minister or as a lay minister which I'll be) I have asked to do this session because I would like to be able to celebrate funerals, either at church or at funeral homes. Diary of a future Catholic Church lay Minister: on being single
http://thenononsense.blogspot.com/2011/08/on-being-single.html
Diary of a future Catholic Church lay Minister. Saturday, August 20, 2011. In november 2008 I wrote what I'd realise about being single and almost three years later it hasn't changed. I feel the same, I am confortable in my own skin. I love men but I am just too broken inside to be in a relationship. (at least I don't pretend not to be and screw up someone else) I hear you say that I should go in therapy and you know what? August 21, 2011 at 1:43 PM. August 22, 2011 at 6:50 AM. Diary of a future Catholic Church lay Minister. Friday, October 10, 2008. A much due update. As requested by Vixen this afternoon I'll post an update for everyone who've been following me for the past 15 months. School, well I'm glad I took the class because I got to meet 2 awesome women who that I've grown to be really close to in a matter of weeks. I was able to finally realise and feel good about something else. I love men, I find them beautiful, smart, sweet, sexy BUT I've never seen myself in a ...
