Posted by Shaun at 11:22 AM. The Associate Technical Consultant (ATC) Scheme is organized by the SME. Inforcomm Resource Centre (SIRC) @ Singapore Polytechnic. The aim of the ATC Scheme is to close the gap between Education and Industry. We offer industry opportunities to SP students who have good technical abilities the chance to be successful. We also offer other projects other than IT projects. Equip students with skills that allows them to use the many applications developed by Singtel and Google.

SME Infocomm Resource Center (SIRC) is set up to help SMEs learn more about infocomm technologies.
