Are employed following the guide lines as set out by the CQC. We follow a stringent recruitment and vetting process. Our staff have an enhanced CRB and their references are checked. They undertake shadowing and induction training, which includes manual handling, POVA (safeguarding adults), health and safety, first aid, medication, food preparation.
