The New Horner Family: Plumbline part 1
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2014/03/plumbline-part-1.html
Tuesday, March 11, 2014. I have not posted in a while here - not that there is nothing happening, much the opposite. There are so many things happening and so much exciting news and testimonies to share that I have been overwhelmed with all of the details. I am not wanting to leave anything out, but then again, you signed up for a blog, not a novel! I have been pondering what to write and what not to write - how can you even edit down God's goodness and all that he is doing? You may know, I hadn't a clue!

The New Horner Family: February 2012
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html
Thursday, February 23, 2012. A little update :). I know it's been a minute since I posted. We did make it home safely and the flights were amazingly simple with these little travelers. I say that and am in awe that I truly feel that way after looking back and realizing we had bloody noses, popping ears, motion sickness, and much more. Really though, it was not that bad. I saw how everything that happened, including Aaron's screaming fit in the passport control line was meant for good. After that we spent...

The New Horner Family: December 2013
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 27, 2013. T minus 14 days to Haiti! We are so excited! We are so ready! We are so not ready! Yeah, you read that right. WE are ready. Unfortunately it's not an easy task to move 8 people to another country! We have been cleaning, clearing, organizing, downsizing, and repeating said process over and over for the last few weeks and even more so this week. I am over it- lol However, I can't wait for the end result! Praising the Lord -. The house is SOLD! We have booked our flights! Consider...

The New Horner Family: February 2013
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 27, 2013. I am going to change things up a bit on this blog. I have used it for our adoptions over the last couple of years; however, God is now doing something different in our lives. I don't want you to miss out on something God has for you through my blog by stopping b/c our adoption journey is over and I just quit blogging. For as much as we've played in the house we've only had one broken frame and one vase. Not too bad right? Way to go Daddy! Adrian is almost 16! We've been home...

The New Horner Family: March 2014
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Saturday, March 15, 2014. In continuation of the last blog post about plumb line, we are going to look at the two extremes we tend to swing to when we are not plumb. We tend to swing to one side or the other. One side being rejection and the other being rebellion. In most cases you will swing one way or the other, while some people may go between both at times. Keep in mind that emotions in themselves are not moral; it is what we do with them that is right or wrong. This rings true with me also. If we ar...

The New Horner Family: November 2012
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 27, 2012. A really hard post. If you have followed along long or even read back through our posts, it's been almost 2 years since we got Adrian. I remember standing in the courtroom with him and the judge saying he was retarded and making sure we were aware of it. I remember the anger that flooded me at that moment and how I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs, HOW DARE YOU! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A really hard post. I want to help! Simple template. The New Horner Family: October 2013
http://newhornerfamily.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 14, 2013. How you can help! Well, we have sold just about everything we own! We have our major baking/kitchen equipment left from the shop still. We listed the house on the market this last Thursday and have had 6 showings. No offers just yet, but we are praying! We are now down to 46 days before we are scheduled to head to Haiti. We have a few things we need to do to get there. Most importantly is funding. We also need monthly support to keep the mission funded of $2500. One of the 25?
