But I also love the atmosphere of an airport. Everyone is on a journey. It might be a quick trip, a business trip, a long term trip, but the fact is that they are going somewhere. In You the orphan finds mercy. A reflection of God's perfect love for us. Sitting in the airport. December 4, 2012. Well today has arrived. Needless to say I have been an emotional wreck all day. Goodbyes are so hard. Especially when they involve 12 of the most precious children in the world. There really is no way to describe how I am feeling right now. So instead of making a really bad attempt at that, I will tell you about my last day in Uganda. Then during nap time I finished packing and got ready.

Has been caring for many year unable to locate and contact her family. They were excited to finally find the family and. The family was excited to hear that their child was doing well and has been well taken care of.

Tuesday, 23 April 2013. Because of her cerebral palsy, Mary has the mental capacity of a very young child. She cannot talk although she likes making noises and loves to laugh. She can walk around, go up and down stairs, and we have to catch her before she climbs on the table. She is a very active little girl….like a monkey. Thursday, 5 June 2014. The “Little Ones” are in School! Aisha and Abby (almost 3) have started doing their own preschool class while the big kids are at school. They have been learning colors, numbers, shapes, and opposites. In these pictures, they are learning about the difference between hard and soft. We have been having so much fun learning! Visiting Mary at Elizabeth House. For those of you who do not know, Mary is one of our kids. She has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and severe learning disabilities.
