Getting to the Hostel. Has ten bedrooms and 33 beds. Sammy does not have. Those tiny, narrow beds that are so commonly used for single beds in hostals. Four rooms are private, all with a queen-size bed (extra beds can be added to meet demand), and have as well as the essential furniture including a closet with drawers, small dresser, desk and office chair, and bookshelf. Bunk beds may be put in rooms to accommodate groups of 3 or more people. There are no rooms with private bathrooms in the house.

Getting to the Hostel. As you are more than likely to find yourself in several other Chilean or South American cities (and beyond! I have complied a list of other good options for your journeys outside of Santiago. Although I do try to recommend hostels that I have personally visited, this cannot always be the case. Please do your research before booking one of these hostels. A good source would be Hostelworld.com. United Kingdom and Ireland.

Getting to the Hostel. My name is Charles Pankow and I started Hostal de Sammy in the later part of 2005. The hostel is named for my best friend, Sammy The Dog. When I made the decision to move to Chile in late 2003, there was no way that I could go without him. I couldn't imagine not be able to have him around for more than a couple of weeks. Sammy died at home in the hostel with me on the morning of February 15th, 2006.

Getting to the Hostel. Getting around Santiago can be very easy, given you have the right information that is. There are several good choices for transportation including the Metro. The buses, taxis and colectivos. Of these options though, the Metro is by far the best choice. If you are arriving in the Santiago International Airport without any pre-arranged transportation, please read my helpful airport guide. Mittwoch, 30. Juli 2008. Bei mir ist immernoch alles so wie es war. Die Party am Samstag war super cool! Ich muss sagen die Chilenen können gut feiern! Tja, darauf bekam ich dann keine Antwort mehr. Bis jetzt immernoch nicht.Blödmann! Vielleicht habe ich bis dahin ja schon eine viel schönere Wohnung gefunden.obwohl.das ist gar nicht möglich :-( Naja, mal schaun, ich hab ja jetzt noch viel Zeit :-). Donnerstag, 22. Januar 2009. Also ich bin wieder heile zurueck von der 5-Tages-Trecking-Tour. Die war echt hart! Seit zwei Stunden sind wir in Lima. Wir sind mit dem Nachtbus von Cusco hierher gefahren. Das waren ca 19 Stunden. Haben uns nen Luxusbus fuer 35 € geleistet :-) Morgen frueh fliegen wir dann von Lima nach Guayaquil (Ecuador). Dort werde ich dann meine Freunde und Affen besuchen :-) und Markus wird sich ein paar Tage am Strand goennen. Donnerstag, 15. Januar 2009. Meine Links aus Chile.

Samstag, 28. Februar 2009. Sólo 14 días más. So, hier bin ich mal wieder. Viel viel ist passiert in der letzten Zeit. Das letzte Mal als ich was von mir hoeren lassen hab war ich noch in Peru. Danach ging es mit dem Flugzeug von Lima nach Guayaquil (Ecuador). In Guayaquil angekommen hat uns die Hitze fast erschlagen. Es war so heiss und so schwuel! Und das war es auch! Boah war das schoen!
