The Hosteria Papagayo is located in the interandean valley in the western highlands, 45 minutes from Quito, on Kilometer 26 of the Pan-American Highway (South). Since 1829, the marquis of Solanda and Villarocha, who was the wife of Antonio Jose De Sucre (the grand Marshal of Ayacucho), owned these lands and it was here where they celebrated the Easter holiday of that year. This place offers a good chance to enjoy nature and some activities, and is the perfect place for lodging in Ecuador.
