It’s just occurred to me that taking on a new hotel, full of employees that I didn’t hire, is a little like being given a bowl full of goldfish. Whilst they all look good from the outside, and some of them will flourish and do great things, there are some that ultimately are going to get flushed. I’m getting close to flushing one now. It didn’t go down very well. So what do I do about my fish? Do I flush it?
