Beijing Step: Wuta Temple
http://beijingstep.blogspot.com/2013/01/wuta-temple.html
Dream of my childhood in Beijing, my beloved hometown. Wuta Temple which literally means Five Pagoda Temple is situated close to Xizhimen and adjacent to Beijing Zoo. Wuta Temple was constructed in 1473 during Ming Dynasty and was originally named as Zhenjue Temple. Later the temple was renamed as Dazhengjue Temple during reign of Emperor Yongzheng of Qing Dynasty. As the temple was designed with five pagodas, therefore, the temple is more commonly known as Wuta Temple (Five Pagoda Temple).

Beijing Village: December 2012
http://beijingvillage.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Relaxing in Touching Scene, Discover More of Beijing Village. Sunday, December 30, 2012. Today, I travelled from Beijing to Chifeng City, passed through Chengde and Ningcheng. Marigold is very common at hotel imperial reforma. You may find lots of marigold field throughout the city. Balin Grassland is not as rich as my imagination. Perhaps, this is highly due to the soil condition of this area. Besides rice and grain fields, the most common plants that we saw on the way would be the sun flowers.
