I was astonished to find a large ugly bruise appear on my leg days after those killer hills. On the inner thigh of my right leg. I was so surprised. The shape is like an arc, about seven or more inches long! I took a photo of it to show the instructors. They said I should change my boyfriend! 8216;mind over matter’. I just could not face it.
