This next one is a card size one that I was just playing around with. trying to blend different backgrounds. I used the scallop punch and filled it with color to put behind the little scrap of paper. I put a tag punch on it with another tag punch over it with a brad. Add some ribbon and your done with your digital card! The MDS is WAY too easy to use, which makes it so much fun! Monday, January 28, 2008. I finally learned to make a watermark! I am so excited to now have my own watermark! I conned Mary into letting me play with her bind it all she got from EP. It is so awesome! This little book is made from coasters (from Outback Steakhouse) covered with SU's Ginger Blossom Designer paper. I also used mellow moss and vanilla cardstock. Monday, February 11, 2008. These are some Valentine's I made for DD's class! The purse is actually a little heart! I was so excited to get the new Yappy Day set to make pink poodles for these! These are the Valentine's I made for DS's class. One picture is a close up and the other a group shot. He colored in the little mice and addressed them. These are the teacher Valentine's I made. I wanted to come up with something easy and fast as well as something that most people could use. A good friend, Mary, suggested making an over the corner bookmark. It slips over the corner of the page in your book! Everyone really seemed to enjoy making this and it was relatively fast which was great for a fair setting. Friday, June 29, 2007. It feels like I am one of the absolute last people to finally receive their catalogs! I finally got mine though! At the same time I got my catalog I also got a swap I participated in back! When I received both of them I was really excited! So there may have been a few excited "YEAH"'s! Well I tore open the swap and left the packaging on the counter! Later on my six year old saw the tore open packaging and said "What is that? Usually post office packages mean candy/presents for him!
