Über meine Küche und was ich darin so anstelle. Donnerstag, 11. Juni 2015. Kasha - leckerer Buchweizenbrei zum Frühstück. Buchweizen gehört zu der Gruppe der Superfoods, wie man das neumodisch nennt. Ich sag einfach mal er ist sehr gesund und hat einen hohen Eiweißanteil, viele Vitamine, Mineralstoffe und Ballaststoffe. Wer´s genau wissen will, liest einfach mal hier. Nach Wichtig finde ich noch, das er Glutenfrei ist. Das Rezept ist ganz schnell und einfach zubereitet und man braucht nur wenige Zutaten.
