We completed the excavation and poured the first slab for our new clear well, which will be the tank underneath the new water treatment plant. Friday, June 17, 2011. We Passed Final Inspection. CDPHE Engineer Andy Poirot has approved our final inspection, closing out this ARRA project on time and within budget. At our peak we had 18 people working on this project, including the Garney Construction team that rented rooms from the Stagecoach Inn for the season, giving the town an additional shot in the arm during some difficult economic times.
