GOINGS ON AT THE CLUB AND IN THE KITCHEN. A Little Background on Your New Chef. Monday, May 30, 2011. Friday night we sold out of the Day Boat Red Grouper. In what seemed like a matter of minutes and the Farm. Was a huge hit. Saturday, the Mutton Snapper. Was steady and the Ying Yang Calamari. Was a sure fire hit. The Texas Beef Brisket. And Carolina Pulled Pork BBQ. Were the stars of the show Sunday, we went through over 60 pounds. Of each, along with over 300. Deviled eggs, 40 pounds. Coming in Tuesday...
