Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Thanks Ranae and Katie for a fun time! It was a lot of work and we all appreciate it. Remember to double click the pics. Big Garrett caught a chipmunk and a squirrel. Of course, they were able to find orange twine for lashing in Byron's truck. Brad, Ashton, Ella, Cannon, Jenna. Ella got in with anybody on the 4 wheelers and begged.

Carlson Clan: Staying positive
http://johnandcallycarlson.blogspot.com/2011/10/staying-positive.html
Saturday, October 8, 2011. I am trying really hard today to stay positive, but keep being dragged into pity party mode. I really did not want to spend our 12th anniversary sitting in a room at the Huntsman Cancer Hospital. We miss our kids and we want to go home. Everyone is entitled to a pity party every once in a while. Now go down to that vending machine, pick out your favorite candy (or two) and plop yourself in front of your favorite show on that little hospital tv that is dangling from the wall.

Carlson Clan: Parker's Birthday
http://johnandcallycarlson.blogspot.com/2011/04/parkers-birthday.html
Monday, April 18, 2011. Parker turned 6 on the sixth of April. It was a great day for a boy addicted to Star Wars. What a neat cake! Also, is that underwear on his head? May 29, 2011 at 10:53 PM. Why yes, that is underwear. I am living under the assumption that it was clean at the time. June 25, 2011 at 10:38 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The fam at Trinity Lakes above Anderson Dam. I'd like to say we hiked to it, but no, we took the not-so-trusty-but-ever-so-rusty yellow suburban.

Together We Have It All!: Rain, rain, and more rain
http://mom2eight8.blogspot.com/2011/01/rain-rain-and-more-rain.html
Together We Have It All! January 8, 2011. Rain, rain, and more rain. The churning water of the Santa Clara River. I'm guessing that some of the debris in the river had floated down from Gunlock. Santa Clara River bridge on Dixie Drive (near the golf course). This huge tree floated down the Santa Clara River and was plucked out by a back hoe that was positioned on the bridge. The back hoe prevented debris from being caught under the bridge and kept the water flowing down stream. In many cases, things were...
