After many discussions with the Bishop of Colombo at the Diocese of Colombo it was agreed that they would provide a loan from the Incorporated Trustees of the church of England in Ceylon to purchase a block of land with a house which could be converted to a house church.The premises which was purchased is at 15/16, Mahamegawatta, Maharagama. Sri Lanka. The loan granted along with interest has to be settled within a period of ten years (by October, 2022).

Sri Lanka and to convert same to a house church at the cost of Rs. 17.25 Million (approx. 135,000 USD). To have a permanent place of worship for the Anglican Community of Pannipitiya / Maharagama. BENEFITS OF HAVING A SEPERATE PLACE OF WORSHIP. To conduct weekly Sunday Morning Services.
