Tuesday, October 21, 2014. We are in the middle of preparing for my sons surgery in a few days. This is the perfect prep and freeze type of meals, and can be eaten on a low carb diet if you use zoodles instead of pasta. I made this with gluten free spaghetti noodles because it's what I had on hand. You could definitely sub jarred sauce for homemade sauce -if you're handy like that! You'll first want to mix all of your ingredients up in a bowl and then form your meatballs. 1 lb mild italian sausage.
